The new version does not only catch edits containing specific links, but both text and links. The whitelist is also updated; the filter will ignore everything from Google Books and Google Art Project to avoid too many false positives. Although there are possible good cases, it isn't really likely for a user with less than 40 edits to upload such photos, and this filter only warns users.
