 Hi RacoonyRE, You now have the Patroller right and may call yourself a patroller! Please take a moment to read the updated Commons:Patrol to learn how Patrolling works and how we use it to fight vandalism. As you know already, the patrolling functionality is enabled for all edits, not just for new-page creations. This enables us to keep track of, for example, edits made by anonymous users here on Commons. We could use your help at the Counter Vandalism Unit. For example by patrolling an Anonymous-edits checklist and checking a day-part. Good luck and thanks. —Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 15:23, 12 October 2021 (UTC) File:Oliver Steil.jpg[edit]Hallo RacoonyRE, laut Deiner Benutzerseite bist Du deutscher Muttersprachler, da schreibe ich doch einfach mal auf Deutsch! :-) Ich habe eine Frage zu obigem Bild, wo Du die VRT-Genehmigung verlinkt hast. Der hochladende Account nennt sich "TeamViewer AG", ist also ein Firmenaccount, auf deWP auch als solcher verifiziert. Nun kann eine Firma nach deutschem Urheberrecht nicht Urheber sein, sondern nur eine natürliche Person, nämlich der Fotograf oder die Fotografin. Die Firma kann ja nicht fotografieren, das muss schon ein realer Mensch tun. Ich kann natürlich nicht einsehen, was da in dem Ticket steht; vielleicht enthält es ja tatsächlich die Einwilligung des Fotografen in die CC-Lizenz. Wobei ich meine, dass in dem Fall der Fotograf auch als Urheber genannt werden müsste. Allerdings halte ich es auch für möglich, dass mal wieder das gängige Missverständnis zugeschlagen hat, mit dem Kauf der Nutzungsrechte hätte man auch das Urheberrecht erworben (was in unserem Rechtskreis schlicht nicht möglich ist). Passiert leider nach meinem Eindruck auf Commons relativ häufig, weil hier ja viele vom angelsächsischen Rechtskreis her denken, in dem das Copyright übertragbar ist.
